You are invited to join our first face-to-face CASS focused breakfast briefing in over 2 years.

We’ll be joined by Guy Munton and Dan Plimmer from Baringa Partners who will discuss the latest findings from Baringa’s recent survey ‘The year of the Dear CEO’. Murray Campbell, CASS Consultant at AutoRek, will give an overview on what this means for firms from a technology point of view.

Topic: The aftermath of the ‘Dear CEO’ letters
Date: Wednesday 30th March 2022
Venue: 99 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3XF
Time: 08.00am – 09.45am (GMT)

Over the last two years, there has been an unusually high number of ‘Dear CEO’ letters issued by the FCA, reinforcing the importance of CASS compliance. Baringa’s annual CASS survey ‘The year of the ‘Dear CEO’’ highlights exactly what is going on in the industry amongst CASS firms.

While investment in CASS technology showed some decline, CASS teams in terms of FTE, average number of CASS incidents and average number of CASS breaches reported to the FCA all increased quite significantly from 2020 to 2021 – in some cases possibly due to remote working.

Join us at 99 Bishopsgate on 30th March

We’d be delighted if you could join us to gain some insights from the recent CASS survey and catch up with industry peers over a bacon roll and coffee.
