SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced SS&C GlobeOp SEC Modernization Reporting™. This comprehensive solution is designed to manage all the challenges of the SEC's new modernization rules for investment companies reporting and liquidity. The SS&C solution is offered as a flexible license or as a full-service that will facilitate compliance through efficient and accurate reporting of Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, and N-LIQUID reporting. State-of-the art technology and straight through processing enables reduced cost, transparency, drilldown capabilities, and a complete audit trail in a controlled environment.
The SEC Modernization Reporting's superior data normalization, enrichment, and aggregation engine can accommodate data from any system and adapts quickly to new or updated regulatory requirements.
