Phoenix Business Solutions, the information, content and document management consultancy specialists, today announces that effective from the 1stJanuary 2017, Jason Petrucci has been promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Roger Pickett, Phoenix’s founder and former Managing Director, who retired at the end of 2016.
“After nearly six years of commitment and efficiency in his leadership at Phoenix, and having directly supported me in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer for the last two years, Jason is ideally positioned to become the new CEO. He has a clear vision for the future of the company and I am confident that under his stewardship, our value proposition and the services we provide to our clients will continue to grow and evolve,” said Roger.
Jason joined Phoenix in 2011 as Head of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2014. Prior to Phoenix, he held numerous management, IT Director and CIO positons within a number of large corporate UK and US law firms, advising Partners and senior executives on the operational and strategic benefits of information technology. He has also held several in-house IT roles throughout his career and been responsible for a number of global IT operations.

Phoenix is also pleased to announce that one of its co-founders, David Boswell has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, taking over from Jason Petrucci from 1stJanuary 2017.
