Moody’s Analytics announced today that its technology has been selected by Pepper Group, one of Australia’s leading issuers of securitised transactions. Pepper will use the Moody’s Analytics ABS System and ABSDiscloser tools to administer, report and provide enhanced disclosure on the entirety of its growing asset and mortgage backed securities program.
ABS System, the leading platform used by issuers of structured finance transactions, will provide infrastructure and further automation for Pepper’s securitisation business. ABSDiscloser will enable Pepper to provide third parties with easier access to performance information, deal documents and investor reports on Pepper’s securitisations, supporting information transparency and liquidity in Australia’s debt capital markets.
“We are delighted that Pepper Group, a highly experienced and well-known issuer, has chosen Moody’s Analytics to enhance its securitisation reporting and accounting requirements,” said Marc Levine, Senior Director, Moody’s Analytics. “We are confident that ABS System and ABSDiscloser will enable Pepper to realise efficiencies in these critical operations.”
“We chose Moody’s Analytics because it brings extensive experience and a unique combination of global scale and local presence,” said Paul Thompson, who leads Treasury Business Management and Trust Reporting at Pepper. “Their willingness and ability to understand our business and address our requirements through their solutions will help us to drive Pepper’s continued global success.”
