Sequel, the leading insurance and reinsurance software provider, has today announced the appointment of Tom Boucher as Chief Financial Officer. Tom joins Sequel from Camwell Management LLP where he was Partner.
Tom has been brought in to support the CEO, Mario Garcia, and the rest of the team as the business looks to execute its next phase of growth.
Tom brings a wealth of experience to Sequel, having held a number of roles within and supporting private equity backed companies. His most recent roles include CFO of the University of Law, a Montagu Private Equity backed higher education provider, and CFO of Data Explorers, an international financial data business, majority-owned by Bowmark Capital Partners.
Before joining Data Explorers, Tom held various senior finance and business development positions at BT Group. In addition, Tom was Group Financial Controller for Amaze, a private equity backed Internet services business, and originally qualified as a chartered accountant with EY in London.
