Telerik DevCraft by Progress extends Visual Studio 2017 and increases productivity for .NET developers
Progress (NASDAQ: PRGS) today announced its support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 RC, enabling developers to leverage the power of the Telerik® DevCraft™ by Progress suite to build and deploy .NET applications with ease.
Progress is a Visual Studio 2017 Sim-Ship partner, underscoring the company’s ongoing commitment to providing immediate support to new Microsoft development platforms and tooling releases.
The DevCraft suite of productivity tools enables developers to create high-performance and scalable web, mobile and desktop applications for any Microsoft platform and device. With the latest upgrade to Visual Studio 2017 RC, Progress continues its close collaboration with Microsoft to provide .NET developers an easy path to productivity with Visual Studio 2017, as well as the ability to build apps on Microsoft’s most modern platforms and devices.
The DevCraft suite is fully compatible with Visual Studio 2017; developers can take advantage of the new benefits of Visual Studio while continuing to enjoy productivity gains enabled by Telerik UI controls for all major Microsoft developer platforms, including ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET AJAX, ASP.NET Core, Xamarin, WPF and WinForms, Universal Windows Platform and Windows Universal.
