JHC Systems appoints new head of wealth solutions

JHC Systems Limited, a leading provider of wealth management solutions, has today announced the appointment of Amir Hakim as its new head of wealth solutions.

With over 20 years of financial industry experience, Mr. Hakim brings a unique business perspective to the role, having worked across both the buy-side and sell-side market segments of wealth management with a number of leading technology firms.

Previously, Mr. Hakim held the title of head of product and sales, at Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS), having previously worked with several leading business process outsourcing (BPO) providers across the UK, including BNY Mellon Pershing, BNP Paribas Securities Services and OMX Securities.

John Blackman, Chief Executive Officer at JHC Systems, said: “Amir has acquired a wealth of diverse business experience leading multiple teams. He also has a proven track record of building on the success of businesses operating within the technology space, which makes him the ideal candidate to lead our wealth solutions offering, and in particular drive the growth of our latest innovation, NEON.

“His appointment is set to further strengthen our senior management team, and his experience will prove integral to developing and driving our long-term growth strategy forward.”

This latest appointment forms part of the firm’s wider growth strategy, which includes attracting and retaining talent at its core. Last month, John Boggis was appointed as JHC’s new head of sales to lead the firm’s business development teams.
