The Advent Direct® Community online client experience delivers more direct engagement with Advent and unlocks the power of Advent’s valuable ecosystem of clients, partners, employees, and experts. Since its launch, this fast-growing base of active members has established it as a leading platform for collaboration with peers, industry solutions providers, and Advent team members.

Advent Direct® Community provides a unique, interactive forum for Advent clients and partners across the investment management industry to connect, share information, and learn best practices. User engagement has been consistently strong from the start, and clients have initiated over 1,000 posts that have led to more than 3,000 responses from fellow community users in just the first year.

Advent proactively encourages clients to contribute suggestions for its product roadmaps through the product-specific Idea Exchanges, where users can share their own ideas as well as comment and vote on their peers’ ideas. Advent has published product roadmaps for all of its core products, enabling users to see which features are planned for upcoming releases. Available since launch, the Advent Portfolio Exchange® (APX) Idea Exchange resulted in the delivery of four enhancements for the 14.1 version of APX, six more in the latest version of APX (14.2), and two additional ideas in the pipeline. Idea Exchanges have also been launched for Axys®, Geneva®, Moxy®, and Advent Rules Manager® users. This new level of timely, transparent access to information allows clients to more effectively plan for future upgrades as well as provide users with the ability to comment on and impact the future direction of Advent products.
