GMC Launches Latest Self-service Application: Inspire Interactive for Remote Authoring for BPOs

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), launches Inspire Interactive for Remote Authoring. The solution is a web-based, self-service portal that offers clients of BPOs and service bureaus the freedom to easily create, edit, proof and instantly deploy changes to their multichannel communications.
