Calypso Technology, a leading provider of software solutions for the financial markets, today announced it has joined the SAP® PartnerEdge® program for Application Development. The partnership builds on the many years of collaboration between Calypso and SAP in support of SAP Adaptive Server® Enterprise (SAP ASE). It demonstrates Calypso’s continued commitment to deliver even greater business transformation and technology innovation capabilities for complex financial markets.
“We view our partnership with SAP as a powerful force multiplier for our sales and technology strategy,” said Charles Marston, chairman and CEO of Calypso. “Given SAP’s global reach and scale, with thousands of customer relationships inside financial institutions in over 200 countries, we believe it will help to increase our growth opportunities.”
Calypso has more than 25 major customers leveraging technology solutions from Calypso and SAP on SAP ASE. “We see many additional areas where SAP technology will be complementary to Calypso, such as the real-time SAP HANA platform and cloud-based solutions,” added Mr. Marston.
