RCI and SS&C Begin Strategic Development Effort to Incorporate RCI Connect℠ platform

RCI® affiliated resorts can increase operational efficiency with automated entry of inbound data from RCI transactions to SS&C’s TimeShareWare

SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced that RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands (NYSE:WYN), will begin a strategic development project with SS&C’s TimeShareWare™ (TSW) to incorporate RCI Connect platform web-services to establish an automated interface between TSW property management systems and the RCI® web servers.

The interface built by TSW will allow RCI-affiliated resorts to eliminate the need to manually enter RCI-related transaction information. RCI resorts using TimeShareWare’s property management system can accept certain day-to-day RCI business transactions such as in-bound guest lists, requests and verification of deposits for RCI Weeks®members and verification and updates to ownership data. The TimeShareWare-RCI interface can reduce errors and simplifies data sharing between RCI resorts and the RCI web server, thus improving response time for their owners who wish to transact with RCI.
