NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Heliospectra AB (HELIO) shares commenced today on First North at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Heliospectra belongs to the Industrials sector and is the 22nd company to be admitted to trading on First North’s Nordic markets (Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Iceland) in 2014.
Heliospectra was founded in 2006 and specializes in intelligent technologies for plant research and greenhouse cultivation. Heliospectra’s products are based on a deep knowledge of plant physiology and photosynthesis combined with a unique way of using state-of-the-art LED technology. After six years of development in Sweden, the company is now venturing into the international marketplace. Heliospectra has won several awards for its forward-thinking technology.
