Westbury Bank in the US has renewed its core banking processing contract with Fiserv after extending the use of the vendor’s Cleartouch Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) bank platform. The $525m Wisconsin-based retail and commercial bank uses Fiserv for account processing, card services, real-time cash management services and mobile payments, and has also specified new tools covering risk, compliance and business intelligence (BI) as part of its product review with Fiserv.
The SaaS refresh and extended outsourcing contract will enable Westbury Bank to improve the integration of its systems and improve customer service, resiliency and channel management and builds on a long-standing working relationship with Fiserv.
Software tools included in the Cleartouch package include CheckFree RXP for bill payments, the iVue BI solution, Mobiliti for mobile banking and WireXchange for wire transfers, plus solutions for debit processing, card services and item processing.
