NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announced that Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB (short name: PLAZ B), a Mid Cap company within the Financials sector, today starts trading of its shares on the main market of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Platzer is the 10th company to list at NASDAQ OMX’s Nordic main markets in 2013 and the first IPO in Stockholm this year.
Platzer is one of the largest and leading real estate companies within commercial properties in Gothenburg, Sweden. The real estate portfolio is primarily focused on offices and consists of 52 properties with a total leasable area of approximately 400,000 square meters (September 2013). As of September 30, 2013, the last twelve months rental income amounted to SEK 456 million, net operating income to SEK 333 million and income from property management to SEK 161 million.
