DST Global Solutions, a leading technology provider of investment management solutions, today announced that Robert Leaper has been named Head of Business Development for North America.
In this pivotal role, Leaper will work closely with the business development team to drive the acquisition and support of new clients for DST’s Anova, an award-winning suite of products for post-trade investment data management, performance measurement and client reporting.
An experienced industry executive, Leaper brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services and technology organizations. He comes to DST Global Solutions from Eagle Investment Systems, a global provider of financial services technology, where he served as managing director and head of sales and marketing.
According to Arun Sarwal, CEO of DST Global Solutions, Leaper’s appointment underscores DST Global Solutions’ commitment to delivering exceptional data management and performance measurement solutions to its customers.

Prior to joining DST Global Solutions, Leaper held leadership roles at several information technology firms serving the investment industry, including InvestTech Systems Consulting and Thomson Financial. At an earlier stage in his career he was a trader at Credit Lyonnais.
Anova, recently recognized as “Best in Class” by CEB TowerGroup and ”Best Middle Office Solution” by FTF News, combines data management, performance measurement, attribution, and client reporting. The product is utilized by more than 40 firms globally with assets under management ranging from $10 billion to nearly $3 trillion.
