Three Marlin & Associates Transactions Named Finalist for ACG New York Champion’s Awards

Marlin & Associates, the boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm, today announced that three transactions on which Marlin recently advised have been named finalists for the 3rd Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards. The organization’s annual Champion’s Awards recognize the year’s outstanding middle market firms and deals. Marlin was nominated for advising:

• SR Labs (New York, New York) on its sale of a majority interest to Insight Venture Partners (New York, New York);
• Coalition Development Ltd. (London, United Kingdom) on its sale to CRISIL (Mumbai, India), a subsidiary of McGraw-Hill (NYSE:MHP); and
• XSP (Birmingham, Alabama) on its sale to SunGard (Wayne, Pennsylvania).
