Capco leads the way for consulting firms as it is named 27th in the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list

Prestigious accolade awarded to Capco two years running

Capco, a global business and technology consultancy dedicated solely to the financial services industry, today announced that it has been placed 27th in The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For' list for 2013. The company has received the accolade two years running, also achieving 27th place in 2012. This achievement is all the more significant at a time when Capco has grown rapidly, adding hundreds of new staff, and shows that expansion is no barrier to retaining an attractive working environment.

Within the list, Capco was rated 23rd for leadership and personal growth, demonstrating the extent to which employees feel they are stretched and challenged by their jobs. The consultancy also ranked 17th in the fair deal category, an indicator of how happy the workforce is with its pay and benefits. Capco was also recognised as a top five company for inspiring leaders, up from 9th in 2011, demonstrating its management’s commitment to inspire the organisation to ‘think differently’.

The Sunday Times’ annual list is based on a rigorous employee survey and company questionnaire. Capco’s placement reflects strong, positive employee feedback on 2012. The last year saw changes across the business, following a continued period of immense growth, with new staff joining the Capco community and further cementing the culture of the firm. The consultancy has also focused on driving innovation for clients, with further development of its highly successful customer labs, a team which works closely with clients to understand their challenges, helping them generate and test new ideas and ultimately build out industry-leading customer facing solutions.
