Aternity Inc., the industry’s leader in providing ubiquitous end user experience monitoring solutions, announced today that it has opened a European office located in the United Kingdom to support its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations, while doubling its US headquarters to further support its rapidly expanding global business.

“Further extending our presence in EMEA is part of our global expansion plans for 2013, and reflects our commitment to our multinational and European-based customers and partners,” said Trevor Matz, president and CEO of Aternity. “The growing demand for Aternity’s solutions in EMEA combined with the surging trend of Virtual Desktop and Mobile adoption across global enterprises, makes this the perfect time for us to strengthen our European presence.”

Aternity’s new European office is managed by Aternity’s EMEA Director, Carl Helling, an accomplished business and technology professional. Helling has a strong technology business background with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with companies such as ServiceNow, Digital Fuel (acquired by VMware), and CA Technologies. Helling will work to further expand the company’s EMEA reach with local teams focused on sales, channel management and client services.

“I am delighted to join Aternity and help expand its footprint in EMEA,” said Helling. “Aternity brings a unique value proposition to Europe and as a result has already established a strong foundation within the region. I am looking forward to extending the company’s market leadership and forging new partnerships that will help drive Aternity’s user-centric, proactive IT management benefits into major European enterprises.”
