Bonaire Software Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of revenue and expense management and business intelligence solutions to investment managers, mutual funds, wealth managers and capital markets firms, today announced the launch of its new User Group Forum. The Forum is an online web portal created to further encourage and facilitate global collaboration amongst clients and between clients and Bonaire staff.
The User Forum was designed to share best practices and value-add information that clients can reference for expert recommendations concerning areas such as implementation decisions. The forum will also include product training videos, new product announcements and general Bonaire updates to its client base.
The Forum’s discussion boards allow clients to converse on a variety of revenue and expense management issues including regionally specific topics such as regulation. The product development feedback channel encourages thoughts on enhancements to Bonaire’s current offerings. Additionally, client-exclusive scheduled webinars will offer live conversations on high-interest topics. Due to the sensitive nature of many client-to-client discussions, the User Group Forum is strictly controlled using bi-directional levels of security and meets all NDA requirements.

Watching how a self-assembled user group evolved over the last two years, Bonaire realized the value of connecting clients with clients. As the numbers grew to nearly 100 active users, the need for a more formalized system for documentation, resource access and feedback loops became increasingly evident. As a result, Bonaire began the development of a forum that would better connect all parties.

Both proactively and in response to user feedback, Bonaire will continue adding content to the forum, including additional videos aimed at educating current clients on the diversity of Bonaire’s product offerings. There are also plans to expand the portal’s functionality and connectivity following the initial launch.
The User Group Forum is currently available to all Bonaire clients.
