Global IT and product engineering services company MindTree and KPN, the Dutch market leader in ICT services, have announced a partnership to jointly invest in a flexible cloud services aggregator platform for enterprise customers. The two service partners, KPN and MindTree with complementary core competencies have extended their strategic partnership that started in 2010 with the purpose of delivering best-of-breed services and solutions, state-of-the-art infrastructure and new technology solutions.
The new platform brings specific catalogue products, KPN and third party product and customer legacy applications on a single platform and delivers them ‘as a service’ to enterprises globally. This technology and business partnership is underpinned with a strategically important contract between the two, with a mutual beneficial business model for commercial innovation. ‘Cloud Services Aggregation’ enables KPN and MindTree to bundle top of the bill and third party services, tapping into the main business drivers that CIO’s, business managers and end users focus on.
