Allied Testing appoints Macie Whittington as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Allied Testing, a leading specialist quality assurance and testing firm for the trading and financial industry, has appointed Macie Whittington as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Macie will lead the Sales and Marketing team, focusing on providing testing and QA solutions for trading, finance and banking companies throughout the industry. In her new position, Ms Whittington will be in charge of developing the sales strategy and growing the client base for Allied Testing.

In today’s global context the financial industry is required to develop new systems in order to reflect changes and movements within exchanges, banks and other financial institutions. Since it was founded 10 years ago, Allied Testing has responded to the evolving requirements of the financial industry by working with CIOs, VPs of Development and Quality Directors to improve the stability and resilience of their systems by developing and fine-tuning QA and testing strategies. “We are sure that Macie’s wide experience and client-oriented vision will bring to Allied Testing an even greater ability to grow steadily and to solidify our leading position as a specialist in QA and testing for the financial industry”, said Dasha Klyachko, VP Managing Director of Allied Testing.

Before joining Allied Testing, Ms. Whittington held senior management positions at some of the IT industry’s leading companies, including StorageTek, Amdahl, Fujitsu and Akibia. Ms. Whittington has extensive experience in customer service, sales and professional services.
