Mobilearth signs Broadway Bank for their WAP and SMS Mobile Banking Solution

TRG Mobilearth Inc., a provider of mobile Internet banking using the mobile browser and SMS is excited to announce its latest customer, Broadway Bank.

Broadway Bank was founded in 1941 and is the largest independent bank headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with assets exceeding $1.6 Billion.

Tom Llewellyn, EVP/CIO of Broadway Bank states: “After our successful Mobilearth mobile internet banking implementation with Eisenhower Bank, a division of Broadway Bank, we are excited to offer our Broadway Bank customers the convenience and speed of accessing their accounts using their internet enable mobile device. The Mobilearth solution offers our customers the required features and functionality such as account balance inquiry, detailed transaction history, transfer capability, account event alerts, and more using any mobile device.”

Adds Tia Lee, COO of Mobilearth, “We’re very excited that Broadway Bank has chosen Mobilearth as the mobile banking platform for their customers. Being able to use both the WAP channel and text messaging in our solution gives their customers flexibility in accessing their banking information. Our built in alert system will increase customer self service and should decrease their reliance on the call centre. We look forward to a great relationship with them.”

TRG Mobilearth Inc. has developed a range of products that allow customers the ability to perform standard banking functions from their mobile devices. Account transaction and system generated alerts, multi-factor authentication, a portal page on the mobile phone for marketing as well as standard banking functions (account balances, history, bill pay, and transfers) are available by mobile phone, PDA and computer.

Mobilearth is the next wave of ebanking technology.
