Triple Point Announces Commodity XL Xchange

Seamlessly Integrates Trade Execution with Leading Commodity Exchanges, Optimizing Straight-Through Processing

Triple Point Technology, Inc., the leading global supplier of cross-industry software platforms for the supply, trading, marketing, and movement of commodities, today announced the release of Commodity XL Xchange™, an add-on module to Commodity XL™ Triple Point’s flagship solution. Xchange provides real-time, straight-through processing (STP) from exchange trade execution to all Commodity XL functions, including risk management, scheduling and the back office.

Xchange achieved API Certification from both the IntercontinentalExchange® (ICE) and the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). Certification through these exchanges’ rigorous testing and verification processes ensures the seamless transmission of trade information from their systems directly into Commodity XL.

“Trade volumes are expanding rapidly, and NYMEX and ICE continue to set new records,” said Mike Ravo, vice president, industry solutions, Triple Point. “With volume escalating, the case for straight-through processing is even stronger. Through certification with these critical market centers, we are able to deliver true, STP capability to our clients, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry, improving accuracy and enhancing compliance and control. The addition of seamless exchange connectivity to Triple Point’s real-time, multi-commodity platform enhances our position as the leading commodity trading and risk management solution.”

Triple Point Commodity XL is the only true next-generation solution built specifically from the ground up for high-volume, complex transaction management organizations. It meets all the requirements for trading in today's highly volatile environment: multi-commodity capabilities, real-time integration of physical and financial positions, comprehensive risk management, and scalability. Comprised of a family of commodity-specific products that can be deployed alone or in seamless combination with each other, Commodity XL manages every aspect of global cross-industry supply, trading, marketing, and logistics operations.
