Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions, today announced that research advisory firm Financial Insights, an IDC company, and Insurance Networking News have named the company to the InsureTopTech 2007, a new vendor ranking of the top technology and service providers serving the insurance industry.
Based on direct input from North American-headquartered insurance carriers as to which technology providers help them meet corporate objectives, the InsureTopTech 2007 survey ranks providers across multiple categories including insurance operations and workflow optimization. Today, Bottomline works with five of the top 10 insurance groups to help them increase the efficiency of payment processes or address the challenges of managing legal spend.
“As a company committed to supporting some of the world’s most respected insurance carriers, Bottomline is pleased to be recognized as a preferred provider of invoice and payments management solutions,” said Tom Gaillard, Vice President and General Manager, Bottomline Technologies. “Bottomline’s inclusion in this first-ever ranking is reflective of the ability of our software and services to satisfy demand for greater efficiency, visibility and spend management within the insurance industry.”
