InfoComp UK, the first UK based software wrap provider to win FSA approval for its Composer wrap solution, is to work with leading fund data and analysis company, Financial Express.
InfoComp, a world leader in the provision of software packages for the wealth management sector, announced today that Financial Express would be ‘seeding’ the InfoComp proposition with the latest fund prices, fund performance data and fund factsheets, on a similar basis to solutions provided to the Skandia, Standard Life, AXA and Fidelity FundsNetwork wrap and fund supermarket platforms.
InfoComp’s ‘Composer’ software provides a complete wrap solution including the record keeping, dealing and reporting functionality necessary to support the administration of a broad range of financial products, including: pensions, SIPPs, ISAs, PEPs, unit trusts, OEICs, other collectives and equities.
Bryan Hill, Director of InfoComp UK said:
“We believe it is important that every client has the flexibility to develop a wrap platform that meets their individual and specific needs and are not constrained by functionality considerations.
InfoComp’s Composer software has been developed with this flexibility in mind and clients can use the Composer product engines on a standalone basis or combine them with their existing product engines.
Strengthening our relationship with Financial Express means our mutual clients, both existing and potential, will be in a position to de-risk their entry to the wrap market and provide a ‘best of breed’ solution to their customers.”
Michael Holland, Managing Director of Financial Express commented:
“As the leading provider of fund data to UK fund distribution platforms and software systems, Financial Express is uniquely placed to offer wrap providers and their customers with consistent fund research and analysis across all their business applications. We believe the ‘Best of Breed’ approach in co-operation with InfoComp offers prospective clients a range of quality components combined with timely delivery.”
The Financial Express collaboration follows the announcement last month of InfoComp’s link-up with Distribution Technology, the UK’s leading provider of advice technology.
