Complinet launches the Qatar Financial Centre online rules service

The Qatar Financial Centre Rulebook and the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority Regulations are now available on Complinet’s rules platform; Complinet is also now the official publisher for the Authority of these branded sites.
