Sydney 20 June 2006 – SunGard Asia Pacific today announced that Toby Collins has been appointed director of customer services. Based in Sydney, Australia, Mr. Collins will be responsible for developing SunGard’s customer service offerings throughout the region, including fostering SunGard user communities, working with customers to help them maximise the value they derive from SunGard solutions, and helping ensure customer satisfaction.
Mr. Collins has worked in customer service, information technology and financial services for more than 14 years. He previously worked for global information companies in Sydney, New York and London.
