Alastair Lyons appointed Special Adviser to InfoComp (UK) Ltd

6th June, 2006

Infocomp, Australia’s leading wrap platform software provider today announced that it had appointed Alastair Lyons CBE as a Special Adviser to its new UK division. Alastair is currently Chairman of a number of FS businesses, including Admiral, the quoted motor insurer, and has held numerous senior executive positions in the sector - at NatWest, NPI, Abbey National and N&P. He has also been a non-executive director of Sesame, the UK’s largest IFA network, as well as of the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Transport.

In May the company revealed that its market leading wrap and administration platform had been fully adapted for the UK market and that its discussions with a number of UK life & pension and fund management providers were already at an advanced stage.

Rob DeDominicis, founding partner and CEO of InfoComp stated:

‘We are delighted to be working with Alastair, whose experience and breadth of current involvement in the financial services sector are a valuable addition to InfoComp and our growing prospects in the UK market. I very much look forward to working closely with him in the next stage of our growth in this market. ’

Alastair Lyons said:

‘It is a great pleasure to be working with a business of such dynamism and real ambition. More importantly, Infocomp has the capability to deliver. The UK market has long needed systems that can deliver superior functionality. Companies have been spending vast amounts of money on systems that fall well short of supplying full wrap-functionality. The InfoComp platform can already deliver full functionality at a fraction of the cost. This is going to be an exciting time and I am much looking forward to contributing to Infocomp’s success in the emerging UK wrap market.’
