WM-data Extends Its Invoice Capture System with FrontCollect Invoice from Beta Systems

WM-data in Sweden Captures 10 Million Invoices Per Year

Berlin, 23 May 2006 – Beta Systems Software AG (Prime Standard: BSS on the German stock exchange), a leading supplier of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, today announced that WM-data, , Sweden’s largest IT services company, has opted to extend its use of Beta Systems’ product FrontCollect Invoice in its invoice capture system. The project management and solution implementation were carried out by OptoSweden, the Swedish systems integrator that resells Beta Systems products in the entire Nordic region. In Malmö, Sweden, WM-data centralises the capture of incoming invoices for a large number of client companies. This process captures details like the invoicing company, the invoice number and amount as well as all other relevant data in a completely automatic process which delivers a high level of reliability and speed.

Long-standing Customer
In 1997 WM-data selected FormsRec for Invoices which was FrontCollect Invoice’s predecessor. Due to the constant increase in the number of invoices being processed, WM-data has continually updated and extended its systems. For the last two years the company has been managing up to 1.25 million invoices with FrontCollect Invoice and will now increase capacity to 10 million invoices per year.
