BPC Appoints Mid East General Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - BPC, the leading e-payments and retail banking solutions provider, has announced the appointment of James Massey as Middle East General Manager. The appointment is a key element of BPC’s growth strategy in the GCC and Massey will oversee all sales, customer support, marketing, partner and customer relations across the region.

In addition to the countries already covered by its strategic alliance with Gulf Business Machines (GBM), a key player in the market; BPC will be addressing new markets in Egypt, North Africa, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Turkey.

Throughout his career Massey has been heavily involved in the payments, electronic transactions and software industries and brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales management, product development and major program delivery roles. His functional expertise includes strategic planning, programme management, systems integration, system selection, outsourcing and IT management.

Massey has lived and worked in the Gulf for over 5 years and joined BPC from Gulf Business Machines (GBM), the distributor of selected IBM Products and Services in the Gulf countries. As Director of Professional Services for Gulf Region, he was responsible for strategic planning, sales and marketing, resource management and delivery to customer base in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Yemen and Iraq.
