Sydney, 15 May 2006 – Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) – one of Asia-Pacific’s largest providers of wealth management applications – has signed an agreement with AUSCOAL Super (AUSCOAL), a leading industry super fund, to implement Bravura’s Employer Services and Member Services application, ePASS.
ePASS is now part of Bravura’s online service delivery platform, Ensemble, following Bravura’s acquisition of Essential Computer Systems in March 2006.
AUSCOAL will use ePASS to replace their existing Employer and Member online functionality and will redesign their public website using the Site Management tool.
Mr Bruce Watson, AUSCOAL’s Chief Executive Officer, said “ePASS is a proven product that will enable us to increase our operational efficiency in the processing of employer contributions. We expect a significant improvement in data quality through the application of the ePASS online validation rules, resulting in more effective service delivery.
ePASS will also enable us to reduce processing costs in areas such as contribution queries and rework.”
“The extensive functionality of the ePASS product range will enable AUSCOAL to increase the services offered to our members. Whether they are entering the workforce or planning retirement, ePASS can be tailored to meet individual requirements, which will assist AUSCOAL in its member retention strategy,” Mr Watson added.
Mr Simon Woodfull, Bravura’s Chief Operations Officer, is pleased with AUSCOAL’s decision to implement ePASS.
“AUSCOAL is a well established industry super fund and we are delighted they have chosen us to help upgrade their Employer and Member online functions.
A ‘buy and tailor’ solution such as ePASS will support AUSCOAL’s strategic business decisions now and in the future,” Mr Woodfull said.
The implementation of ePASS will occur progressively throughout 2006.
