Exstream Software Captures Most Promising Company Award at Telestrategies’ Billing & OSS World 2006

Billing World and OSS Today magazine issues the ‘Most Promising Company’ award to recognise a company that is extremely well positioned for success in the telecom marketplace in the coming year.
