Avotus books 16 major new enterprise contracts ranging up to US$1 million in 2006

TORONTO and BOSTON – May 11, 2006 – Avotus Corporation, the leading provider of communications expense management and e-Procurement solutions, today announced that it closed 16 major contracts in 2006. These enterprise-level Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) contracts range in value up to US$1 million and are in addition to the company’s continuing expansion in existing customers, as well as new sales to mid-market organizations.

Avotus’ sales success encompassed companies in the finance, healthcare, high technology, petroleum, retail, and telecommunications sectors. Services sold included the full portfolio of Avotus’ Intelligent Communications Management™ (ICM) offerings – e-Procurement, Expense Management and Usage Management for telecommunications and data communications assets and services, including long distance, wireless, data, audio and Web conferencing, as well as new technologies, such as MPLS (Multi-protocol Label Switching).
