SunGard Announces Janney Montgomery is Live on BRASS for Equities Trading

Returning Customer Expands Use of BRASS Solution Suite

Jersey City, NJ, May 8, 2006-- SunGard today announced that Janney Montgomery is live with SunGard’s BRASS solution suite across six locations, including its main office in Philadelphia. Some thirty equities traders at Janney are using BRASS for order management and direct market access, with functionality to provide automatic indications of interest currently being installed. Janney also uses the SunGard Transaction Network (STN) for 75 connections to buy-side institutions via the FIX protocol. SunGard’s commitment to a high level of customer service and support has resulted in the return of several key customer relationships, including Janney.
