Respond strengthens financial services team

Respond, the leading provider of enterprise complaints, feedback and customer service software, has underlined its commitment to the financial services market by appointing Zoë Beeson to the position of account manager for Life and Pensions.

Beeson joins Respond from Adobe Systems where she worked as an account manager selling enterprise solutions to the financial services market. Beeson has 16 years’ financial sales experience working for blue-chip companies including Siebel Retail Finance, ACI Worldwide, Microgen and Rank Xerox. In her new role Beeson will be responsible for building relationships with life and pension organisations throughout the UK and driving sales and marketing strategies developed specifically for this segment of the industry.
