Dublin, 11th January 2005 - CR2, a global provider of channel and Internet banking, ATM and card payment software solutions, has today announced its partnership in Latin America with Grupo Procesamiento Interactivo (Grupo Pisa), based in Mexico.
The agreement means that Grupo Pisa will resell all CR2's BankWorld and CardWorld products in Latin America. Grupo Pisa and their network of partners throughout the region will also implement CR2's banking channel and channel management solutions. Grupo Pisa has more than 20 years experience offering systems and technology solutions to the financial market in Latin America. Their core back office product, SIF, is used by more than 25 customers and their OFI/Cooperando branch products will shortly support more than 2,000 locations in Mexico and Latin America.

Based in Mexico, Grupo Pisa has a presence in a number of countries including, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua through business associates, distributors and international agreements with strategic associates.
