Money Market Trading supports increased volume of new direct issuance short-term funding program

JERSEY CITY, NJ, June 10, 2004 – Financial Sciences Corporation, Inc., a leading developer of enterprise financial systems, today announced that Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, the financing unit of Toyota Motor Corporation in the United States and one of the top 10 direct issuers of commercial paper, has licensed and installed ATOM Money Market Trading, Financial Sciences’ comprehensive global processing system for issuers of commercial paper and other money market securities. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, which previously placed its commercial paper through dealers, is using ATOM Money Market Trading to support its new direct $8 billion issuance program.
