London. 16th June, 2003 – Kalahari, a global provider of real-time analytic solutions and strategic consulting services to financial and energy trading institutions, in over 15 countries, announces the appointment of Adrian Jones as senior director, professional services. Based in London, Jones will oversee the Company’s growing Professional Services Organisation (PSO), which consists of a global team of business and technology professionals that deliver high-value business solutions, with measurable returns on investment for Kalahari’s customers. He reports directly to Kalahari’s managing director, David Harrelson.
Prior to joining Kalahari, Adrian was EMEA Director of Professional Services at the $800m divine, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for more than 10 distinctive software solutions, complete end-to-end customer lifecycle management, solutions support centre, strategic consultancy, and education and training. Previous to divine, Inc., Jones spent four years at $100m Melita, in various management assignments transforming the technical organisation and expanding their professional services capabilities. As a result of his leadership, the Melita PSO team grew their revenues eight fold to £3.8 million.
