Dublin/London, 23rd May 2003 - FINEOS Corporation, a leading innovator of
banking and insurance software, today announced the appointment of Isabel Hudson to its board as a non-executive director.
Hudson brings to FINEOS more than 20 years of senior-level experience in
international financial services, working with a number of leading
institutions. She currently holds the position of Corporate Development
Director with Prudential in the UK, whom she joined in June 2002. Hudson is
also Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Prudential International
Prior to joining Prudential, Hudson spent over two years as Chief Financial
Officer and Executive Director at Eureko B.V. (Amsterdam) based in Paris,
with the specific brief to restructure the company, develop its acquisition
strategy and prepare it for an initial public offering (IPO). She has also
held a number of senior executive roles with other leading financial
institutions, including Development Director with GE Insurance (London) and
Head of European Development and Operations for Lloyds of London.
