* Irish Software Association grants its premier award to FINEOS Corporation for technology, marketing and business achievements.

Dublin, 20th November 2002 - FINEOS Corporation has been named 2002 Company
of the Year by the Irish Software Association (ISA). The award is in recognition of FINEOS's rapid growth in becoming a leading international
supplier of enterprise banking and insurance software systems.

The presentation was made during the ISA Awards ceremony held in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin on November 15th, and was attended by Irish Government Ministers Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance and Mary Hanafin, Minister for the Information Society.

In selecting FINEOS, the judging panel were impressed by the company's strategic vision, demonstrated execution, quality of products and services,
sales and marketing, customer care and professional development of staff.

Speaking to a record attendance of over 500 people at the Awards banquet,
Paul O'Dea, Chairman, Irish Software Association presented FINEOS with their

Over the last 12 months, FINEOS distinguished itself in an increasingly negative economic environment and continued its run of year-on-year profitability with a string of prominent contract wins. The company was also
successful in breaking into several new markets and claimed their first
customers in both Scandinavia and North America. FINEOS also released several new software applications and solutions in keeping with the company's mission to become the leading front to back office core software solutions provider for the banking and insurance sector.

The ISA Awards is among the Irish software industry's most prestigious social events, where the winners of four awards - Company of the Year, New Company of the Year, Technical Innovation Award, and Sales and Marketing Innovation Award - are announced. Previous winners of the Company of the Year award include Riverdeep, Baltimore Technologies, Trintech, and Iona.
