RTTS Introduces Fixed Price Performance Testing - Packaged Options Simplify Complex Testing Offerings

New York, April 3, 2002 – RTTS, a leader in IT application and architecture testing, announced today the debut of pre-packaged and fixed priced plans for performance testing. Considering the needs of its clients first, RTTS designed these packages to simplify and effectively price its offerings for any size business requiring proven testing solutions.

Organizations worldwide are investing millions of dollars annually to keep complex production applications operating at peak levels, even in light of tight budget constraints. The success of these systems depends on delivering the availability, reliability, scalability and security demanded by end users. The foremost analyst groups have referenced application performance as the primary cause of user dissatisfaction or failure.

"Companies today, whether small or large, are looking for straightforward options that address their needs and meet their budgets," said Bill Hayduk, Director of Professional Services for RTTS. "Assessment and planning processes, such as those used by RTTS, allow firms to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their testing, tuning and performance management process. These are now available to you without having to invest thousands of dollars on tools, manpower, and training."

The new Fixed Price Performance Testing program can save thousands of dollars through short-term performance engagements. Clients select a plan that fits their budget and needs. RTTS’ expert performance testing team then conducts remote testing of the web applications’ scalability and responsiveness, based on a pre-determined number of transactions, virtual users, and page views. A valuable report that outlines the findings through charts, graphs and expert-level conclusions is presented, in addition to a consultative review. Package prices start at $2000 for a two-day engagement and include the cost of the testing tools and hardware to conduct the tests.
