Leeds, England – 8 March 2002 – PMG, The Program Management Group, has added three new dates to its seminar series.
The first is a free, full day Executive Conference to be held on Tuesday 16th April 2002 at the Q-ton Forum, Cambridge. This event will include the latest ideas and techniques from leading figures at the forefront of programme management, including presentations on benefits management, an innovative new programme management methodology and a demonstration of the Hydra³ tool.
"Making the Difference with Programme Management" at PMG’s UK HQ in Wetherby, West Yorkshire on Wednesday 8th May 2002 and Tuesday 11th June 2002 will highlight the failings of traditional project management techniques and explain programme management and its multi-project capabilities for collaborative working. The free half-day event promises to demonstrate methods to re-energise organisations and increase staff productivity by up to 20 per cent and will include customer case studies.
