FNX announces reorganized Client Support and executive level promotions

Philadelphia, PA, 3 July, 2001: FNX Limited (FNX), a leader in delivering financial technology solutions to the global capital markets, today announced the completion of an internal restructuring of FNX’s Product Support group, as well as corresponding senior management-level promotions. This initiative and related internal promotions highlight FNX’s continued dedication to efficient, high quality system delivery and post-implementation client support.

As part of this program, FNX has reorganized its Product Support group into two distinct departments - System Integration and Client Relations. Joseph Guagliardo has been named Managing Director, Global Systems Integration; Patrick J. Cannon has been appointed Managing Director of Global Client Relations. The changes were implemented to bring a heightened level of coordination, accountability, and most importantly, focus and direction to FNX’s system implementation and client support activities.

Focusing primarily on new client installations, FNX’s Systems Integration Unit concentrates on ensuring an efficient and timely implementation process for all new client installations. As Managing Director, Systems Integration, Joseph Guagliardo is responsible for the management of all global systems integration projects for the full range of FNX solutions. With FNX since 1996, Mr. Guagliardo has implemented FNX solutions worldwide and has been responsible for development, implementation and training efforts for FNX’s global clients.

As the recently appointed Managing Director of Client Relations, Patrick Cannon, with FNX since 1995, is responsible for the management of all global client relations for FNX's worldwide client base. Central to the creation of the Client Relations Group was the company’s desire to implement a more structured, efficient and scalable method of meeting the needs of FNX’s production client. The Client Relations Unit is focused on ensuring the highest levels of system support and user satisfaction for all global production clients.
