Comarch CAFE Broker Application
Comarch CAFE Broker Application supports the work of the broker in the call center as well as the office. The solution is based on the CAFE platform, whose task it is to integrate many business systems as well as supplying an intuitive and ergonomic work interface, which is transparent for branch employees, the contact center and the remaining units of the financial institutions. The employee launches his/her activity by logging into a single system where all the required options are accessible, starting from general information about the company and ending in operations carried out in the name of the client.
Comarch CAFE Broker Application supports the user in three basic areas:
- information – the application provides all the information about the client in a coherent manner, located in the content tabs. It also presents graphic information about the client’s investment profile as well as his/her involvement in particular securities,
- operational – the application offers tools necessary for the broker to carry out basic tasks linked to the handling of orders: a friendly interface and usability rules allow the efficient carrying out of operations and built in validation rules allow order submittal under the condition that the correct parameters are entered and only if the client has the appropriate funds,
- identification and authorization – the application allows an automatic identification of the client as well as authorization using IVR tools and built in authorizing mechanisms.
Apart from the mentioned areas that support the work of the broker, the system delivers detailed reports, which verify its tasks. All the activities (orders, transfers etc.) are registered in the application and presented to authorized users.
