Formerly known as 10-K Wizard, Morningstar Document Research offers full-text searches with the help of more than 40 filters. Searches can be saved for future exploration. Users
can also set and receive real-time alerts when flagged filings become available. Easy exporting functions allow users to retrieve up to 700 documents simultaneously, convert documents to PDF or Microsoft® Word® files, or extract tables and exhibits into Microsoft® Excel.®

funds, and 1,800 American Depositary Receipts. More than 400 types of filings in the SEC
EDGAR database are represented, dating back to 1994. Specialty data sets narrow in on specific searches. Global Reports coverage adds annual reports, IPO prospectuses, corporate social responsibility reports, and more for 37,000+ public companies from more than 100 countries. Document Research will launch several new features over the next year including a calendar of company events, expanded ownership data, and an improved compensation database.
