Overview

CSSII is an investor recordkeeping system designed for corporate issuer transfer agents. It allows you to manage shareholder records with automated transfers processed through the system’s DTCC FAST interface. You can manage dividend payments and dividend reinvestments using CSSII with full year-end tax reporting to shareholders and the IRS. CSSII facilitates shareholder self-service with online access to account records through the system’s InterLink connection.
