Excelsior 'Eclipse' Service

Our Eclipse service is sometimes more traditionally known as contingency search, and clients usually select this option when the hiring need for a profile is not time critical or urgent in nature. When we accept an assignment at this service level, we use the consultancy time we allocate wisely to achieve a return on our time invested. But because the client commitment is lower this service doesn’t allow us to commit as much consultancy time as we’d like to, so we’re not in a position to guarantee delivery of an extensive short list within a defined time period as we will with the Elite service.
