ITS Signature Verification

ITS provides a secured online system facilitating the fast accurate capture and entry of signatory images and account information and its subsequent retrieval and validation across the entire banking infrastructure. The signature verification system supports client workstations that use both DOS and 16 or 32 bit MS Windows operating systems. Moreover, the signature verification system employs open client-server architecture incorporating platform-independent technology, which is one of its most fundamental advantages as such architecture enables it to operate in heterogeneous environments. In addition, the system is ODBC-compliant and can therefore be used in conjunction with a number of databases, including Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.

The streamlined capture cycle facilitates the entry, maintenance and storage of comprehensive account and signatory details and images in the system. These accounts can, in turn, be associated with comprehensive supplementary information that simplifies and facilitates the verification process. There is support for up to four images per signatory, including signatory specimens, photographs and thumb print images. These signatory images can be configured for use in any combination.  The capture cycle has been designed for optimum speed and accuracy – everything in a single scan operation. The efficient capture and scanning process means significant savings in resources and time – in other words, reduced costs.
