The latest issue of Payments {R}Evolution magazine is out now

By Alara Basul | 5 July 2017

The team behind PaymentEye and bobsguide is proud to present the 2nd edition of Payments {R}Evolution magazine.

First released at Money20/20 Europe last month, the magazine addresses key issues in banking, forming strategic collaborations, the rise of challenger banks, and the future of the payments landscape. Featuring exclusive content and in-depth conversations with Europe’s most exciting fintech innovators, we examine the changes in the payments industry in the midst of regulatory transformation.

For the cover feature, we spoke to 25 leading figures from across the payments industry to debate whether PSD2 will prove to be the biggest shake-up in the banking industry in over six centuries. Senior leaders from J.P Morgan, Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon and N26 discuss what the size of the impending directive’s impact will be.

We also investigate whether banks are ready for regulatory compliance, and how peer-to-peer payments are migrating to social apps. Other topics of focus include instant payments adoption across Europe, cross-border payments for SME’s and analysing which emerging payments trends will be relevant by 2020. Interviewees in this issue include Matteo Rizzi of FintechStage, Tom Blomfield of Monzo, Chris Skinner of The Finanser and many more.

And it doesn’t end there. We also round up the latest headlines from the last few months and analyse the latest movements and appointments in the fintech industry.

Print versions of Payments {R}Evolution magazine were distributed to delegates attending the Money20/20 Europe conference in Copenhagen, and will also be distributed at Sibos Toronto and Money 20/20 Las Vegas. The magazine is a must-read for anyone involved in payments, fintech, banking and financial services.

Payments {R}Evolution magazine is now live and available for download here.

We hope you enjoy the issue!
