Barrington Performs Investment Management Valuation for Value Line Inc.

In 2010, Value Line Inc. (VALU), “Value Line”, a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ Exchange, converted its asset management business from direct ownership into a trust managed structure. As a part of this process VALU was required to submit a valuation of the ownership interests in the asset management company as a part of its 10-K filing. Barrington Partners was engaged to complete the valuation (filed July19, 2011) and subsequently assisted the Company in supporting the valuation upon review by the Securities Exchange Commission (filed September 7, 2011).
